you should check with a printer in your area, I used to use a spray called fixatif for pastels and I imagine that what you are looking for is along the same line. good luck
Make sure the paper is dry and do a print alignment within the printer. Or Print test depending on what printer you have. Consult your manual (not the Spanish kid next door but the book).
1) Use factory ink cart, not aftermarket
2) Consider using inkjet specific paper instead of generic copy paper. Those have a little more "clay" in the composition so it absorbs and retains ink better
3) Don’t touch the output for at least a minute
