I usually stick to buying name brand toner cartridges for our laser printers at work. Does anyone know if store knock offs or refurbished cartridges work as well?

I have a Brother color laser multifunction printer for my business that I love, but boy is toner expensive! I came across re-manufactured versions that are half the price as new cartridges, and see the benefit for the environment and for my pocket… but will I be sacrificing quality? And will the machine be damaged in any way?

I have a fair number (~250) of outdated but BRAND NEW printer/toner cartridges. They are overstock from years past and I’d like to resell them if possible. Worst case, I’ll recycle/trash them. Thanks.

We have 3 copy machines in a small school office and would like to know how to recycle the toner cartridges rather than throwing them away. PLEASE HELP!

My office has a bunch of used printer and copier toner cartridges and I have been given the unfortunate task of finding a way to get rid of them. I say unfortunate because it seems impossible to find a company that will take these off my hands unless it is to exchange old cartridges for new ones. Any ideas?

Does anyone know of a company in Austin, TX that will pick up used toner cartridges from an office? We prefer a company that will do it for free. Thanks!
Thanks to both of you! unfortunately our toners aren’t on the list for the CAFB…wish they accepted all kinds though. We already have a supplier…choosen by headquarters out-of-state, so we can’t change it. i did find a company though - Cartridges Plus. He came the same day at no charge. They sell toner too if you’re in need. Cesar is very courteous and professional. Thanks again!

The place I work at has boxes of ink and toner cartridges we’ve accumulated over the years. Some of them are those really big ones that go in copiers (like a foot and a half long). What can we do with them to get rid of them? Some ink we’ve used had a return lable you slap on the box when you are done and a UPS driver will pick it up, but I’ve never paid attention to where it goes. If I can’t find a way to recycle them for free is it okay to throw them out? Thanks!

With limited budget, I can only stock the toner cartridges in better demand on the market. Would you please advice me the popular toner cartridge models in Canadian market? Or where I can find this information?
